Cardiovascular disease is the number one cause of death in Mississippi.
Participating in a quick and easy heart screening can help identify and lower your risk of a heart attack, stroke, and aneurysm.
Your results will be interpreted by a local cardiologist, and a report will be mailed to you within two weeks.
