$40 Per Hour 6-Month Premium Pay* Experienced RNs

Premium $40 per hour offered in exchange for participant’s satisfactory completion of the following terms and conditions:

  1. The participant must be a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by the State of Mississippi.
  2. The participant must have a minimum of one (1) year inpatient clinical experience.
  3. The participant agrees to be scheduled and available to work a minimum of three (3) twelve‐hour shifts (36 hours) per week; four (4) weekend shifts per four (4) week schedule; and a minimum of two (2) holidays in the six‐month Agreement period.
  4. The participant agrees that Singing River Health System retains the right of determining the patient care unit, shift and location to which participant will be assigned.
  5. RNs participating in an active Singing River Health System contract/agreement are not eligible for the Premium Pay Agreement.
  6. The agreement may be cancelled and withdrawn by the participant or Singing River Health System by providing sixty (60) days’ notification to the other party.
  7. The agreement is for a period of six months. Participants who have successfully completed this six‐month agreement are eligible to apply for open positions within Singing River Health System. Eligibility does not guarantee a job offer; the qualification and suitability requirements for the open position must be met.
  8. The agreement is subject to cancellation and withdrawal by Singing River Health System without prior notice to participant, including but not limited to, the following conditions:
    • Participant fails to work scheduled shifts during the agreement period without nurse management approval.
    • Participant fails to maintain satisfactory level or above work performance; or
    • Participant fails to comply with all Singing River Health System policies, procedures or standards.

$1,000 Sign On Bonus* New Graduate RNs

$1,000 incentive offered (50% of the incentive will be paid after successfully passing the NCLEX, obtaining Mississippi RN licensure and successfully completing thirty (30) days of continuous full-time employment; the remaining 50% of the incentive will be paid after completion of twelve (12) months continuous full-time employment) in exchange for participant’s satisfactory completion of the following terms and conditions:

  1. The participant must be a recent graduate (within the past six (6) months) of a NLN school of nursing or anticipating graduation within six (6) weeks from a NLN school of nursing.
  2. The participant agrees to accept a full-time night shift position in the following medical/surgical areas at Singing River Hospital: 1 North Center, 1 East, 1 Southeast or 2 Southeast.
  3. The agreement is subject to cancellation and withdrawal by Singing River Health System without prior notice to participant, including but not limited to, the following conditions:
    • Participant fails to obtain Mississippi RN licensure.
    • Participant fails to work scheduled shifts during the agreement period without nurse management approval.
    • Participant fails to maintain satisfactory level or above work performance; or
    • Participant fails to comply with all Singing River Health System policies, procedures or standards.
