Dr. Jesse Moskowitz is a general surgeon in Gulfport, Mississippi. Dr. Moskowitz has been in practice for over 11 years. He received his Medical Doctorate from Semmelweis University where he graduated Cum Laude. He went on to specialize in general surgery at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown, Ohio where he became chief resident and upon graduating the program was presented an award for highest academic achievement in the program. Dr. Moskowitz has also published research in the field of surgery. Currently he serves as a lieutenant colonel in the US Army reserves where he received his commission in 2005. Since then he has been on four deployments on forward surgical teams caring for injured soldiers. His interests in surgery include acute care and minimally invasive techniques.
