We’ve launched On My Way to make walk-in care more convenient. Check expected wait times for walk-in locations and reduce your time spent in the waiting room by selecting your preferred visit time in the MySingingRiver app.
How On My Way Works For You
- Select your preferred visit time in the On My Way feature.
- Receive a confirmation message after booking.
- As your visit time nears, you will receive updates with your place in line.
- Check in online or at the front desk when you arrive.
Wait times may change based on patient needs. Patients with more serious or time-sensitive conditions may be seen first.
When you integrate the iPhone Health App with your MySingingRiver Account, you’ll be able to have all of your medical information organized into one view, covering allergies, conditions, immunizations, lab results, medications, procedures and vitals, and will receive notifications when your data is updated. Your Health Records data is encrypted and protected with your iPhone passcode, Touch ID or Face ID.
With your iPhone’s Health App, you can also track all kinds of health and fitness data like blood glucose levels, blood pressure, weight, steps walked, and your sleep patterns.
