Singing River Hospice of Light Tree Planting Ceremonies
In observance of National Hospice Month, Singing River Hospice of Light (HOL) will host remembrance ceremonies at Singing River Gulfport and Pascagoula Hospital to honor loved ones lost over the past year.
HOL invites families, friends, and community members to participate in a special remembrance ceremony by planting live trees. All are welcome to honor their loved ones, regardless of when the loss occurred or whether their loved one was a HOL patient.
Families are encouraged to bring a framed picture of their loved one and to participate by embedding their loved ones’ names into the soil, symbolizing a lasting connection with the tree to be planted.
