Starting day one, you’ll earn 7.38 hours of paid time off during every pay period.

Hourly employees receive paid time and one half on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Medical & Health Benefits

When you work at Singing River, you’ll enjoy free in-network preventative care like annual physicals, screenings, tests like mammograms, and certain vaccinations. Low, fixed prices are available for common services at Singing River’s extensive network of providers and facilities. You may also visit out-of-network facilities by paying a deductible.

You can contribute to both the 403(b) and 457(b) plans at the same time. There are no early withdrawal penalties.

Singing River offers extensive dental coverage options, and our plans cover 100% of diagnostic and preventative services like exams, cleanings, x-rays, and sealants. Plus, there’s no waiting period.

With Singing River’s vision benefit, your in-network exams, services, and lenses are covered. An allowance is available for frames and contacts.

Weight loss surgery is covered for plan members who are enrolled for at least one year and meet medical necessity criteria.

Life & Disability Benefits

Basic life insurance is available for full-time employees, and you can purchase an additional supplemental amount of coverage.

Retirement

Singing River matches full-time employees’ contributions equal to 50% of the first 8% deferred.

Career Advancement & Education

We offer up to $21,000 of tuition reimbursement for full-time employees.

You can advance your career by enrolling in Singing River’s Healthcare Academy and beginning an apprentice program. Earn while you learn to be a CNA, phlebotomist, surgical tech, and more.

Employees can apply for scholarships provided by Singing River Auxiliary.

Public Service Loan Forgiveness is a program for Federal Direct student loans that forgives the remaining loan balance of borrowers who make 120 eligible payments while employed by an eligible employer such as Singing River.

Employees can use Tutition.io to get free expert coaching and guidance about securing and repaying student loans.

Singing River’s Leadership Development Program provides free online tools and in-person meetings for leaders at Singing River to advance their skills.
