New Nurses Thrive Under Our Structured, Supportive Program

Simulation Labs
Nursing school may not prepare you for every situation you’ll face, so it’s normal to feel nervous in certain areas. Your training is built on strengthening what you want to improve. Residents can even master hands-on skills in our advanced simulation lab before trying them in practice.
We practice a just culture where a new nurse’s challenges are treated as opportunities to learn.
Mentorship
Learn from experienced nurses who have been exactly where you are. Your mentor’s clinical and professional guidance can help you advance your skills as well as your career.
Want to earn a specialty certification? Singing River will provide the tools and hands-on training you need.

Team Support
Our new nurses join a truly supportive environment with teammates who genuinely care about your success.
During regular peer-to-peer meetings, you’ll be able to talk through workplace experiences in a safe space with nurses, instructors, and other residents.
