Biography
Dr. Christopher Carey is a Neurologist at Singing River Health System. Dr. Carey graduated cum laude with a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry from Spring Hill College in Mobile, AL and then pursued a Masters degree in Physical Chemistry from the University of Notre Dame.
After obtaining his graduate degree, Dr. Carey returned to Alabama to complete his medical degree at University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham, followed by his neurology residency at University of South Alabama in Mobile.
Dr. Carey has served in many roles throughout his academic career, from tutor to Teaching Assistant to Adjunct Professor. In his free time, Dr. Carey enjoys spending time playing racquetball, practicing Tai Chi, and dabbling in amateur programming.
