Biography
Manjari Sharma, MD, is a vascular medicine physician at Singing River Center for Cardiovascular Surgery in Pascagoula. With advanced training in vascular medicine, she cares for patients with circulation disorders, including blocked arteries, vein disease, and blood clots, working closely with surgical specialists to determine the most appropriate treatment plan for each patient.
Dr. Sharma specializes in treating patients with lymphedema—ongoing swelling, most often in the arms or legs, that can occur after cancer treatment, vein problems, injury, or infection. She works with patients to reduce swelling, improve comfort, and help them get back to daily activities.
Dr. Sharma earned her medical degree at St. George’s University School of Medicine. She then completed a residency in internal medicine at Wycoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, followed by a fellowship in vascular medicine at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans.
She is board certified in internal medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians, American College of Cardiology, and the Vascular Medicine Society.
