Sally Proffitt, MSN, FNP-C

Sally Proffitt, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner providing care at Singing River Interventional Pain Management in Gulfport. She specializes in evaluating and treating chronic pain conditions, helping patients improve function, mobility, and quality of life. 

Before joining Singing River, Sally spent more than a decade as an integral member of multidisciplinary pain treatment teams at the VA Medical Center and the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi, where she assessed and treated patients with complex pain conditions, many of whom required advanced interventional procedures. During this time, she refined her expertise by serving on pain management committees and collaborating closely with pain management physicians and clinical pain pharmacists to care for patients with complex medical needs. 

Sally earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Mississippi Medical Center and her Master of Science in Nursing from Mississippi University for Women. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
