Lung Cancer Diagnostics Open House

The public is invited to attend an open house at Ocean Springs Hospital to see the new Ion Robot-Assisted Bronchoscopy system now in use by Singing River Pulmonology for minimally invasive biopsies of nodules in the peripheral lungs.

Ijlal Babar, MD, FCCP, FAASM, renowned pulmonologist at Singing River, will discuss the biopsy and treatment options for lung nodules using the Ion robot. Attendees will also have the opportunity to witness a live robot demonstration.
