Singing River Healthplex is Pascagoula’s Finest Fitness and Wellness Center

The Singing River Healthplex is a 24,000 sq. ft. medically-based comprehensive fitness and wellness center located at Singing River Medical Park in Pascagoula. Our team of highly trained and certified exercise physiologists will coach you to set and achieve your goals through proven results-based exercise programming.

• 25-Yard Lap Pool, Hot Tub & Therapeutic Pool
• Full Cardio Area with Treadmills, Bikes, Cross-Trainers, Rowing Machines, Stair Climbers and More
• Massage Therapy
• Childcare ages 12 weeks to 12 years

One-On-One Training

Our Certified trainers help empower you to reach your goals, whether they are to lose weight, regain flexibility, or gain strength. We also offer online training classes.

We offer over 60 group exercise classes per week.

Swimming Lessons

Group, Semi-Private, and Private Swim lessons

We offer group swimming lessons for children ages:

• 6 months – 3 years
• 3 years – 5 years
• 6 years – 12 years

Private and semi-private lessons are available for children and adults of all ages.

Wellness

At our wellness spa, we offer massages and professional esthetician services like body treatments and facials.
