Dr. James Harwell received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine. He did an internship at the University of Alabama Birmingham. He completed to residencies, one at the University of Alabama Birmingham, and the other at the University Hospital Missouri-Columbia.
