Biography
Ramon Brown, MD, FACS, FASCRS, is an experienced Colon and Rectal Surgeon and a decorated United States Air Force veteran.
Dr. Brown received his Doctor of Medicine at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He completed an internship and residency in general surgery at Keesler Medical Center. He then completed fellowship training at Ochsner Clinic Foundation in colorectal surgery.

Dr. Brown is a member of several professional societies, has received numerous awards and has been the author of several publications. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons.
Dr. Brown brings a high level of expertise and quality in Colon and Rectal Surgical care to Singing River Health System.
