Sponsorships

Recognizing funds are limited, it is the goal of the members of the Sponsorship Committee to select those organizations and projects that will have the greatest positive impact on the health and welfare of the residents of our community.

Please review the following sponsorship guidelines. If you feel your organization or project fits within our goals, please feel free to fill out the below sponsorship form.

• All requests must be directly related to wellness activities or healthcare services in the service area of Singing River.
• All requesting organizations must provide proof of 501(c)3 nonprofit status.
• The request must be submitted a minimum of 90 days in advance to be considered.
• Incomplete applications will not be reviewed or accepted.
