Biography
Dr. Sams received his medical degree and residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Louisiana State University Health Science Center. He relocated with his wife, Dr. Sheli Milam, to Ocean Springs in 2000 to begin his private practice. Dr. Sams is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is also a member of the Mississippi Medical Association, the American College of Phlebology, and the American Association of Bariatric Physicians.
In his Obstetrics & Gynecology practice, he provides a very wide range of care to his patients that include fertility treatments, bio identical hormone replacement therapy, high risk obstetrical care, as well as much more.
