Biography
Mark S Lyell, MD is a skilled and well-respected urologist that has practiced on the Mississippi Gulf Coast for over 30 years. He cares for a wide range of urological conditions but has a special interest in robotic and minimally invasive surgery including the Urolift procedure for prostate problems.
Dr. Lyell is a graduate of the University of Louisville Medical School. He completed an internship and residency in General Surgery at the University of Tennessee, Memphis. He completed his specialty training in urology in a residency at Oklahoma University where he served as Chief Resident in his final year.
Dr. Lyell is board-certified by the American Board of Urology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and certified as a Surgeon of Excellence in Robotic Surgery.
