Biography
Dr. Fayard earned his Bachelor of Science degree in biological sciences from Loyola University, New Orleans, in 2003. In 2007, he received his medical degree from the Louisiana State University in New Orleans, LA.
While completing his general surgery internship and residency at the University Medical Center in Jackson, MS, he practiced as Chief Administrative Resident for two years.
Dr. Fayard is currently a member of the American College of Surgeons and resides in Biloxi, Mississippi.
