Sunset on Cancer
Join us on October 3 for the 6th annual Sunset on Cancer—a survivor event, 5K run, and 1 mile fun run raising assistance for patients in the fight against cancer.
WEATHER UPDATE
Due to expected weather conditions, this Saturday’s Sunset on Cancer Run has been canceled.
While we’re disappointed we won’t be able to gather together this year, the safety of our participants, volunteers, and community comes first.
Registered participants can still pick up their race bags at either Singing River Cancer Center location for the next two weeks:
- Pascagoula Cancer Center
- Ocean Springs Cancer Center

About Sunset on Cancer
Aid for Cancer Patients
The event raises money for Singing River Foundation’s Cancer Fund and the American Cancer Society. These funds help provide essential aid to cancer patients, including help with medications, dental work, transportation, and improvements to our Cancer Centers.
Celebrating Survivors
In conjunction with our fundraising efforts, our goal at this event is to raise awareness and honor the many people in our community who are affected with all types of malignancies and to celebrate all of our survivors.
Singing River Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions are tax-deductible to the maximum extent of the law. All sales are non-refundable. Event may be canceled if the weather is deemed unsafe.
